This is a topic regarding seriousness in the roleplay. If somebody's character calls you a mouse-brain in the roleplay, they don't actually mean it. If two characters get into a fight in the rp, it's not a real fight and there should be no hard feelings between the two people.

Just remember to keep this in mind when roleplaying. If you constantly take insults and fights in the roleplay seriously, then I am going to have to ask you to stop roleplaying for a bit.
